ADMISSION PROCESS
1. MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Be between 16 and 26 years of age.

Have a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Classical Ballet.

Have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in points (only women).
-
Have time availability from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
-
Be committed to maintaining an adequate weight.
-
Have commitment, discipline and perseverance.
-
Commitment de stay at least 1 year in the program.
2. MAKE YOUR AUDITION REGISTRATION
PRESENTIAL:

Fill the pre-registration form.
-
Appear at the audition on the day and time indicated with the required dress code.
VIRTUAL:
If you live outside the Metropolitan area of Guadalajara, we ask you to send the following documentation via email to:incubator@idacdance.com
1.VIDEO
-
Ballet exercises at the barre: pliés, tendús, ronde de jambes, fondu, and developpé.
-
Ballet exercises in the center: adagio, pirouettes, jumps petite allegro simple and a grand allegro.
-
Ballet exercises with pointe shoes:
Center Échappés
Center Pirouettes (choose one option):

In case of recording in a room with enough space, the exercise should be a diagonal of pirouettes.

If you don't have enough space, the exercise should be pirouettes in your place.
NOTE: Make sure that all the videos are ready on YouTube or Vimeo (if the video is unlisted or password protected, you should include the link and/or its password in your application), because if the link does not work, we will not be able to consider your app.
2. PHOTOGRAPHS

Recent headshot and full body photograph(at a 45 degree angle from the camera lens).

Profile photograph in 1st arabesque.
IMPORTANT:
In person auditions are annual. Virtual auditions will be taken into account to enter as long as there is available spots and only new students will be allowed at the beginning of the school year.
3. IF YOU ARE ADMITTED:

Schedule an interview with the coordinator (in person or virtual).

Fill out your registration form.

Make the payment of your registration.

Make the payment of your 1st tuition.
